The meeting was called to order at 7:06.
A motion to record the meeting was made by Jim Griffin, seconded, and passed unanimously.
A motion for approval of the minutes with typo corrections and clarification of Bylaws distribution status to members was made by Susan Schroder, seconded, and unanimously approved.

President: No report
Recording Secretary: No report
Corresponding Secretary: No report.
Treasurer:
The Club’s account beginning balance for August was $13,403.12. Expenses were $1,185.51. Income was $2255.87. Ending balance was $14,473.48. $2,562.80 earmarked for rescue.
Committee Reports:
Specialty:
With less than one month until the specialty, communication continues with judges. A few more volunteers will be needed and Maryann will contact those needed.
Match: No report. The Turlock location of last year was favorably reviewed by members.
Obedience: two entries have been received for the obedience classes. A replacement judge has been confirmed as the original had emergency surgery.
Lure coursing: No report
Rescue: No activity
Unfinished Business:
Procedure Manual: The manual is nearing completion. It is with the Board for review prior to distribution to members.
It was requested that Board meeting minutes be available to members. They will be included on the website after the specialty.
New Business:
Specialty merchandise is available featuring the Specialty Logo designed by Ericka Chang and her team. It was clarified that the logo is for the Specialty only and is not a change to the SCGSF logo. There was appreciation expressed for the logo by the group.
Next Meeting: The group decided to hold the next membership meeting will be held via ZOOM on a date to be determined in November at 7:00 pm.
It was moved by Susan Schroder, seconded, and approved that the meeting be adjourned at 1926.

Elena Edwards bragged that Mike Edwards is recovering well from knee replacement surgery on August 15th.
